If you are considering changes to your home such as an extension then Planning permission and building regulations may be required.

If Planning Permission is not required then you may need a certificate of lawfulness to prove that planning is not required.

If planning permission or building regulations are required, we can produce all the required drawings and documents and submit them to the local authority on your behalf.

Visit the site and perform a survey of the property.
Produce existing and proposed floor plans and elevations of the proposed development
Produce a site location and block plans
Complete the planning application and submit to the local authority
Liaise with the local authority when required
Hard copy and electronic plans made available for the home owner

Please note that the planning application fee, which is currently £150, is not included.

Building Regulation Drawings

If a full plans building regulations application is required, and we have produced the planning permission drawings already, then this would cost from £200. Note that this DOES NOT include the building regulations fee or structural engineer costs as these vary depending on the development.

Visit the site and perform a survey of the property.
Produce full construction drawings to meet current building regulations.
Liaise with building control when required.
Liaise with a structual engineer where required.
Complete the building regulations application and submit to the local authority.
Hard copy and electronic plans made available for the home owner.
