All new leases of properties that are over 7 years must be registered with the Land Registry along with a compliant Lease Plan.

To be compliant with Land Registry, all lease plans must show a detail plan of the property at a scale of 1:100/200, an OS location plan at 1:1250, a north point and a coloured edging to show the extent of the lease area.

We visit the property and produce a measured building survey, obtain the OS location plan and produce the plan showing the extent of the lease area. These plans can also include right of way, parking areas and access details.
